TCS is looking for an SCCM & Intune Engineer.
Work modality: Hybrid
(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)
Job summary Strong knowledge of Microsoft PC based operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Strong experience with automated software deployments using SCCM
Strong experience of MS Intune
Strong experience of Anti-virus and end point protection
Strong experience of remote access technologies (AVD, VPN, OWA)
Working experience of scripting technologies (PowerShell)
Expert knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
Must be ITIL Certified at minimum foundation level
Strong team mentoring skills
Strong customer service
Strong oral communication skills
Effective time management
Project experience
Executive support experience




2+ years in a senior desktop engineer role
