Oversees supplier readiness, performance, and development for complex or high-impact suppliers. Leads audits, development plans, and escalations to ensure supplier compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business requirements.

Overseeing supplier readiness, engagement, and performance across quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability dimensions.
Leading supplier audits and on-site assessments, including development of improvement plans.
Preparing and presenting supplier performance assessments and risk evaluations to management.
Partnering with Strategic Sourcing to support supplier selection, localization, and dual-sourcing strategies.
Driving supplier improvement initiatives with high-impact or high-risk suppliers.
Supporting risk mitigation and recovery plans for ongoing programs and operational disruptions.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
