Collections Analyst Requirements Completed degree in accounting, administration, or finance
Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing
Advanced English: Conversational C1 level required
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience using software for issuing or reviewing invoices
Activities Medical billing
Insurance billing
Payment verification
Invoice management
Claims and updates
Verification of payments and refunds and/or returns
Customer service, clearing up doubts and process follow-up
Account analysis, balances, and payment validation.
