Material Developer (m/f/diverse) - Rubber for Durability and Abrasion Full-time Referral Bonus : No Working Time: Full Time Develop and optimize rubber compounds with the focus on power transmission belts and conveyor belts Lead compound development projects and participate in other R&D; projects Drive activities to reduce our compound and raw material cost as well as complexity Drive the ideation and development of new innovative material technologies, with focus on performance, processability, cost efficiency and sustainability Support the industrialization of new compounds in close collaboration with other departments Support troubleshootings related to material topics in close collaboration with plants, quality and business functions Support the creation and implementation of new processes and software applications incl. AI-based tools Maintainthe interfaces with internal customers, labs, product development, plants and business functions Master’s degree (Ph D preferred) in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Material Science or similar fields of study,
