Practice360 is looking for an energetic, highly organized, and client-focused Account Manager to help deliver an exceptional experience for every client we serve. This person will be the main point of contact for assigned clients and will play a key role in making sure communication is clear, projects stay on track, and clients feel fully supported throughout their partnership with Practice360.
The Account Manager will work closely with our creative, content, video, web, SEO, and operations teams to ensure client needs are understood, documented, and executed with quality and consistency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, keeping teams aligned, and making clients feel confident in the work being done.
This is not just a customer service role. The Account Manager is responsible for creating trust, improving retention, identifying opportunities for growth, and making sure clients clearly see the value Practice360 brings to their business.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
Schedule and lead monthly client calls or Zoom meetings
Present performance reports and explain completed work clearly
Collect client feedback and share it with the internal team
Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, SEO, web, and other departments
Identify unhappy, inactive, or unresponsive clients before they become cancellation risks
Document all client conversations, action items, and next steps in the CRM or project management system
Support upsell opportunities by identifying additional client needs




Make sure every client feels heard, supported, and excited about their growth
Requirements
Strong communicator with great follow-up skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Confident speaking with clients over phone and Zoom
Able to manage multiple accounts at once
Understands marketing, social media, websites, SEO, or creative services
Can keep internal teams accountable and moving forward
Professional, proactive, positive, and solution-focused
Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
High school diploma or equivalent.

System and Work Setup Requirements
A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
