Main Responsibilities Design and define the optimal supply chain and packaging strategy for new projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service while minimizing costs and inventory levels. Develop supply chain concepts covering inbound, outbound, internal logistics, material flows, information flows, and customer delivery processes in close collaboration with manufacturing teams and plant operations. Calculate and manage project-related supply chain and packaging budgets, including cost-per-part analyses, logistics investments, and packaging expenditures. Ensure quotations and project assumptions are based on standardized equipment, processes, and best practices. Identify, assess, and escalat potential industrial, logistics, or packaging-related risks throughout the project lifecycle. Define optimal inventory and stock levels across the supply chain with a focus on lead-time reduction, efficiency, and service performance. Develop packaging specifications for semi-finished and finished products, translating customer requirements into practical and cost-effective packaging solutions. Collaborate with assembly engineers, manufacturing project managers, suppliers, and plant teams to ensure packaging solutions meet operational and customer requirements. Coordinate the development, testing, validation, and implementation of packaging equipment and materials, ensuring readiness for production trials and customer approvals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean principles and supply chain optimization methodologies to enhance logistics performance and operational efficiency. Required Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage. Experience in supply chain engineering, plant logistics, packaging engineering, or a comparable role within a manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain design, logistics processes, inventory management, packaging development, and material flow optimization. Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and supply chain optimization tools. Knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals, including the ability to work with 3 D visualization or CAD viewer software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and work effectively in cross-functional teams. At OPmobility, people truly matter.
