Job Summary o support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara, South Reporting to the General Manager , Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Lead and manage end-to-end transfer programs, including product transfers, production line relocations, customer transfers, and new site ramp-ups.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.




- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications

- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or Similar Program management skills direct experience leading complex transfer projects between manufacturing sites.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale transfer programs simultaneously
- Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, Advanced English level
- Nice to have NPI experience.
