Job Description: **Job Overview** Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements. **Job Requirements** + Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes. + Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions. + Training or mentoring junior staff or new members and providing inputs on performance expectations. + Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/ project manager. **What your background should look like** **Education and Experience Requirements** - BS degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial or related engineering- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required - +5 years of experience as ME. - Knowledge of TEOA, SPC, Six Sigma and other improvement techniques is preffered - Working under pressure - Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering experience within a manufacturing plant is preferred - Creativity to explore new ideas and new technologies to product quality product in a cost-effective manner is essential. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Primary Responsibilities** - Continuous improvement efforts and drive production efficiency initiatives - Support varied manufacturing projects,
