We are looking for a HR Supervisor professional to join our Littelfuse team in the Altiplano Potosino region, San Luis Potosí .

In this role, you will act as a coach and strategic partner to the leadership team , supporting employee relations, talent management initiatives, internal communication, employee engagement, and the deployment of our culture and values across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leadership on employee relations and HR matters.
- Implement and standardize internal communication initiatives.
- Support the deployment and compliance of Talent Management policies.
- Drive employee recognition and engagement strategies.
- Support workplace climate and employee engagement initiatives.
- Supervise assigned personnel and support development plans.
- Manage employee terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Follow up on NAVEX cases and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor compliance with Internal Work Regulations and applicable labor legislation.
- Support labor-related legal matters and interactions with labor authorities.
- Promote Compliance policies and the Littelfuse Code of Conduct.
