Client Operations Lead plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of online and in-person training programmes within a client environment. Working closely with both Neueda colleagues and client stakeholders, the Client Operations Lead ensures effective resource scheduling, identifies opportunities to improve operational processes, and provides meaningful data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and programme delivery.

Lead and manage a team of Operations Analysts, offering direction, support and mentorship to ensure team and client goals are met while maintaining high efficiency standards in all tasks.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource schedules, process changes, and data analysis results. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Ensure that team members are informed of project updates, changes, and expectations.
A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a Client facing operations analysis or a similar role.
Experience in data analysis, reporting and process improvement, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Exceptional organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams and adapt quicky to changing priorities.
