? We're looking for our next Director of Maintenance — Punta Brava Golf & Surf Club

At Punta Brava, excellence isn't just a hospitality standard — it lives in every facility, residence, and system that supports our members' experience. We're looking for a leader who makes that excellence their signature.

? What you'll be doing:

- Leading all engineering and maintenance operations across the club
- Designing preventive maintenance programs that ensure the longevity of every asset
- Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Managing departmental budgets and vendor relationships
- Training, mentoring, and growing a top-tier technical team
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards

? We'd love to meet you if you have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a Master's is a plus




- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering or facilities management, ideally in luxury hospitality, resorts, or private clubs
- Solid expertise in preventive maintenance, utilities management, and energy efficiency
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Fluency in English and Spanish
