Ace Industrial Supply, Inc. is a growing U.S.-based company with operations in both the United States and Mexico. Our business operates across BPO, distribution, and manufacturing-related activities.

We are seeking a senior finance professional to join our Tijuana team and take primary ownership of the financial operations of our U.S. business, while also providing secondary financial oversight and support to our Mexico entity.

This is an opportunity to work directly with U.S. executive leadership and play a meaningful role in financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business decision-making.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior finance and accounting leader to oversee the financial operations of our U.S.-based business.

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced Controller, Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Finance Director, CFO, or similar senior finance professional who is ready to take ownership of a broad U.S.-facing finance function.

The primary focus of this position will be the U.S. business. The role will also provide financial oversight and support to our separate Mexico entity.

Fluent English and Spanish are required. The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating directly with U.S. executive leadership and presenting financial information in English.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Planning

- Oversee the overall accounting and finance function for the U.S. business.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Analyze financial performance, profitability, costs, and variances.
- Develop financial KPIs and management reporting.
- Provide financial insight and recommendations to U.S. executive leadership.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and financial modeling.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and profitability.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and cost accounting.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.




- Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate audits and work with external accounting, tax, and financial advisors.
- Manage and improve accounting and finance processes and systems.
- Lead, supervise, and develop accounting and finance personnel.

U.S. Business – Primary Focus

- Serve as the primary financial leader for the U.S. business.
- Work directly with U.S. executive leadership on financial performance and planning.
- Support U.S. financial reporting and accounting requirements.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure management has timely and accurate financial information for decision-making.

Mexico Business – Secondary Focus

- Provide financial oversight and support to the Mexico entity.
- Coordinate with local accounting and tax professionals.
- Review Mexico financial reporting and accounting activity.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, inventory, and cost accounting for Mexico operations.
- Help maintain appropriate financial controls and processes.
- Support coordination between the U.S. and Mexico finance functions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Significant experience managing accounting and/or finance functions.
- Fluent English and Spanish – required.
- Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Experience managing or supervising accounting/finance personnel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
- Experience with AR/AP, inventory, and cost accounting.
- Experience coordinating audits and working with external accounting or tax professionals.




- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with an ERP or accounting system.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and confidently to U.S. executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Finance Director, CFO, or similar senior financial leader.
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based company or working with U.S. financial reporting.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience working across U.S. and Mexico entities.
- Experience in a cross-border or multinational environment.
- Experience in BPO, call centers, distribution, manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Experience with manufacturing cost accounting or inventory management.
- Experience with multi-entity financial reporting or consolidation.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification.

Compensation

$75,000–$90,000 MXN gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
