We are looking for a Sales professional with experience in the electronics manufacturing industry to join an international company based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The position will be responsible for developing business opportunities, visiting customers throughout Mexico, promoting the company's products and services, and managing the sales process from lead generation through closing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: $40,000 MXN+, depending on experience
- Commission: 1% on system sales

Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers throughout Mexico to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Follow up on active opportunities and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction regarding product and service performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on technical issues and customer requirements.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electronics and/or manufacturing industry. The required level of experience may be adjusted depending on the candidate's background.
- Advanced English is required.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to generate new business, follow up on opportunities, and close deals.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and other internal teams.
- Availability to travel within Mexico approximately 12 weeks per month.
- Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Work Location
The company has an office in Guadalajara. This is an on-site position when not visiting customers, with regular travel within Mexico.
