This is a role within CGIs Nogales Engineering group. A successful incumbent is expected to i Adherence to the safety rules and active participation on all EHS initiatives or programs, keep update the EHS documentation like, Risk Assessment, ASTs, Secure practices, and Ergonomic studies., and ii Analyze, calculate, and define line capacity in term of headcount, materials handlers, delivery routes, kanban and equipment needed to achieve the production rate defined.. Requires 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience prior experience as Industrial Engineer, Materials Flow Engineer, Lean Engineer or Logistics Engineer related with materials handling. Ability to analyze data and work under direction following the company protocols, must be able to coordinate the continuous improvement at the assigned working area, have an effective communication with the team mate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Adherence to the safety rules and active participation on all EHS initiatives or programs, keep update the EHS documentation like, Risk Assessment, ASTs, Secure practices, and Ergonomic studies.
Analyze, calculate, and define line capacity in term of headcount, materials handlers, delivery routes, kanban and equipment needed to achieve the production rate defined.
Analyze, define and update all documents PFEP, Layout, Standard work, RBTs, kanban signals, etc., records Master data, storage location, supply areas and CG platforms SAP, JIRA, Velocity, Scorecard, etc. related with the manufacturing processes and materials flow, as much as legacy
products and new lunches.
Collaborate on the EHS, OpEx and NPI initiatives, as well attend the Production MDI providing analysis, ideas, improvements, and answering for the opportunities escalated.
Lead and implement productivity projects through out lean manufacturing tools that support the resources optimization, as well be an active team member providing improvements initiatives at the work area.
Analyze and improve processes according to ergonomic standards,



collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineers to have safety and robust processes.
Responsible to define warehouses solutions and logistics systems in terms of resources, equipment, flows, spaces, capital expense, safety rules.
Keep the visual factorys standard, following the standards colors, materials, kind of structures and
workstations and visual signs to ensure a homogeneous environment.
Support and mentor technicians
Protect Chamberlain Groups reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules managers should also ensure compliance across
their teams.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Industrial, Systems or Logistical or other related Engineering field
0 to 2 years of relevant work experience prior experience as Industrial Engineer, Materials Flow Engineer, Lean Engineer or Logistics Engineer related with materials handling
Analysis times and motions
Knowledge implementing lean material flow tools Kanban, Part presentation, PFEP, Work Balance
Just in Sequence JIS Just in Time JIT Concepts, Inventory strategies and Storage strategies
knowledge and implementation.
A3 or 8Ds analysis.
Autocad
