What You Will Do
Coordinate international import and export operations.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor logistics KPIs and service levels.
Lead and coordinate a small logistics team.
Review logistics documentation, freight costs, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to guarantee product availability.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelors Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.




Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, foreign trade, or import export operations.
Advanced English written and spoken.
Experience managing customs processes and international transportation.
Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Experience coordinating teams or leading logistics processes.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
SAP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills are a plus.
