About the Role: We are looking for a " Business Development Manager " in Mexico city to join one of our client's team and lead the commercial growth Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) business by developing new markets and customers, strengthening strategic relationships, and leading the commercial team to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets.
What You'll Do? Design and execute the commercial strategy for the CNG business.

Identify and develop new markets, customers, and business opportunities.

Lead prospecting, negotiation, and closing of high-value CNG projects.

Build strategic relationships with industrial, corporate, and fleet customers and key decision-makers.

Manage pipeline, forecast, sales performance, margins, and project profitability.

Develop technical-commercial proposals based on customer energy needs and consumption profiles.

Coordinate with technical, operations, finance, legal, and other internal teams to implement new projects.

Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team; define objectives, KPIs, and action plans.

Who You're? Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree completed.

5+ years of experience in the commercialization and sale of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).





Proven B2B business development experience and track record opening new markets.

Experience leading commercial teams or in managerial roles.

Experience negotiating and closing high-value projects.

Experience with industrial, corporate, and/or fleet customers.

Knowledge of Natural Gas supply and fixed pipeline distribution systems.

Availability to travel.

Technical Knowledge: CNG commercialization and supply

CNG project development

Fixed pipeline natural gas distribution

Energy consumption analysis

Technical-commercial proposals

Commercial KPIs, forecasting, and profitability analysis

Knowledge of CNG decompression stations/points is desirable.
