At an automation company, we are looking for a high-performance sales professional to drive growth, win new business, and deliver innovative solutions to top-tier customers.
This is not a passive sales role — this is for someone who builds opportunities, influences decisions, and closes deals.

What you will own
Drive revenue growth and market expansion within your territory
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (OEMs & End Users)
Apply Proactive selling to understand customer challenges and deliver high-value solutions
Manage pipeline, KPIs, and performance through CRM discipline
Build strong, long-term customer relationships

What we are looking for
3+ years of experience in technical/solutions sales (industrial automation preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline .




Proven track record in hunting, closing, and exceeding sales targets
Experience selling to OEMs and/or End Users
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
Background in automation technologies
Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
English Fluent
