About the Company

Lead and oversee all site operations to achieve Finance, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.

Develop and execute site strategic business plans aligned with corporate goals and long-range organizational objectives.

Direct and manage site financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Prepare, analyze, and present operational and financial performance reports to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Provide leadership and accountability to department managers across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance.
Establish performance expectations and monitor key business metrics to ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, labor, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Drive continuous improvement programs to improve operational efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary site representative for customers, including participation in business reviews, audits, and issue resolution.




Monitor and improve quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and resources to support production schedules, customer commitments, and business objectives.
Regularly tour and inspect facility operations to evaluate performance, identify risks, support problem resolution, and maintain visibility with employees and management.

8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing related company, preference for experience in contract manufacturing environment.
~ Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
~ Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
