We are looking for experienced SAP BW Lead to join our growing team.

The SAP BW Lead will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end SAP BW initiatives, including architecture, design, development, migration, and operational support across SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA landscapes. The role will also own real‑time and near‑real‑time data replication using SAP SLT , ensure performant analytics leveraging Native HANA modeling , and act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
SAP BW Architecture & Delivery Leadership
Lead design and implementation of SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA solutions including modeling, data acquisition, transformations, and reporting layers.
Define and govern BW architecture standards, object reuse strategy, naming conventions, transport strategy, and performance benchmarks.
Data Acquisition & Integration (SLT Focus)
Design and manage real‑time and delta data replication from SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA to BW using SAP SLT .
Ensure optimal data flow design covering ODP, SLT, and standard extractors , with reconciliation and monitoring frameworks.




SAP BW Modeling & Transformations
Ensure optimal data layer separation (acquisition, harmonization, reporting) and performance tuning across large data volumes.
Native SAP HANA Development
Calculation Views, Table Functions, SQL Script procedures
Leverage push‑down logic to HANA to improve query and load performance.
BEx Queries / Analysis for Office / SAP BO / SAC (where applicable)
Ensure reporting performance, semantic consistency, and business KPI alignment across domains (FI, CO, SD, MM, Supply Chain).
Remediation of custom code and data models
Data volume management and performance validation
Act as escalation point for production issues , SLA adherence, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Mentor and guide SAP BW developers and HANA modelers.
Contribute to effort estimation, planning, and delivery commitments.

Core SAP Skills
~10+ years of SAP BW experience , with strong hands‑on leadership exposure.
~ SAP BW on HANA / SAP BW/4HANA
~ Native SAP HANA modeling and SQL Script
~ SAP SLT replication (real‑time & delta)
~ Strong ABAP knowledge for BW transformations and enhancements
Performance tuning for data loads and analytical queries
Experience with large, complex SAP landscapes and high data volumes
Good understanding of at least one or more SAP domains:
Experience leading teams and managing onshore/offshore delivery models
