ResponsibilitiesThe T&E; and P-Card Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, and support of the company's Travel & Expense (T&E;) and Procurement Card (P-card) programs, along with Concur system setup and ongoing maintenanceManage cardholder setup, maintenance, changes, suspensions, and terminationsServe as the main point of contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders on T&E; and P-card mattersMaintain card program documentation, procedures, and internal controlsRecognize process deficiencies and suggest solutionsIdentify inconsistencies in daily data interface, correct the inconsistency or escalate the problem to the next level, have continuous follow up on issuesHandle and respond to Flowserve internal traveler and other employee requests and inquiries according to the Flowserve SLAsBeing the first escalation point for Card ownersKeeping contact with card providerHandle urgent, critical casesSupport the month end close activities and have a basic understanding of the processAssure accuracy of ledger account coding through rigorous training,



follow-up and understanding of the available information necessary to ensure complete and accurate processingMaintain a functional and healthy relationship with Flowserve employees to assure a healthy service levelEnsure compliance with Flowserve policies, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as defined by Flowserve (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and local statutory laws and regulations and that business is conducted within Flowserve ethical code of business conduct.Perform other ad-hoc tasks defined by the direct leader or aboveEnsure Desktop Procedure Documentation is up to dateProvide training to Associate and Staff AccountantsParticipate in projects as requiredQualifications:1-3 years' work experience in accounting or auditing platform preferably having experience with T&E; and P-card reportsHave completed or in progress an Economics/Finance related Secondary Studies or Bachelor's degreeHave excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Any additional languages would be a plus but not essential.Higher user-level Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledgeWorking knowledge of Concur/ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP)Natural at building positive relationshipsHave analytical,
