## Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an **Planner Scheduler** located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
**Reporting to **Materials Planning Manager**, **Planner Scheduler** this role involves* *overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
***What a typical day looks like:*** Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
* Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
* Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
* Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
* Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
* Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
* Coach and mentor Operations team.
* Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
* Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.




* Provide support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort* Provide product training to the manufacturing/process engineers for better understanding of the product.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
* Generate Shortage Reports.
* Review shortage reports with buyers and present a summary to the customer in English (CTB - Clear to Build Report).
* Experience in NPI and product transfers.
* Demand analysis and loading.
* Analyze, request, and document approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses, as well as PFAs (expediting fees).
* Control and maintain the Do Not Buy list.
* Analyze and implement Engineering Changes.
* Attend and actively participate in Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings.
* Generate Excess and Obsolete (E&O;) reports and follow up on action plans.
* Update Production Plans and Capacity Projections.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Advanced English proficiency.
