## Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical **Program Manager** located in **Guadalajara, South****Reporting to the Director Program Management, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.
The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.
***Responsibilities:*** Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
* In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
* Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
* Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
* Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
* Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.




* Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
* Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
* In charge of customer ́s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
**Qualifications:*** *BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience** Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or Similar* Program management skills* Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations,* Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L;* *Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),** *Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L;).
** *Advanced English level** *Nice to have NPI experience.
** Excell Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.
