We value continuous professional development, regular feedback discussions, and opportunities to further expand your skills as our new hub expands.Your TasksYou collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and machine learning engineers to understand AI use cases and define a long-term validation roadmap aligned with release cyclesYou develop, document, and execute validation strategies to ensure robust AI solutions for automotive applications while defining performance, scalability, safety, and reliability metricsYou design and implement automation frameworks using real-world test fleet driving data to simulate AI-driven scenarios and complex edge casesYou develop custom scripts, tools, and automated workflows to perform efficient functional and performance testing on AI modelsYou collaborate with data science teams to validate AI predictions, investigate anomalies,
