We value continuous professional development, regular feedback discussions, and opportunities to further expand your skills as our new hub expands.Your TasksYou oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and delivery of embedded software solutions, including AI-enabled and next-generation UX products such as MBUXYou lead the development of reusable, high-quality software components for embedded platforms with a focus on production readiness and scalabilityYou evaluate and validate new features through rapid prototyping, while debugging, analyzing, and optimizing software performance, reliability, and system resource utilizationYou apply deep expertise in embedded systems, AI technologies, and UI frameworks to solve complex technical challenges and manage initiatives on-time within scope and budgetYou communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and automotive Tier-1 suppliers while balancing competing priorities, constraints,
