In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project leaders to help deliver solutions that improve shop floor visibility, operational efficiency, system adoption, and manufacturing performance across Carrier's plants and functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate, Business Partnership & Delivery, you'll be responsible for:Supporting end to end delivery of TOW projects for manufacturing, including planning, tracking, execution, testing, deployment, and post go live supportCoordinating with manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, Digital, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and external vendors to align priorities, dependencies, and deliverablesMaintaining project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, risk and issue registers, status reports, and meeting notes to ensure clear visibility of progress and blockersFacilitating project routines such as status meetings, working sessions, follow ups, readiness reviews,



and escalation checkpointsAssisting with business requirements gathering, process documentation, user acceptance testing coordination, training preparation, and adoption activities for manufacturing usersMonitoring project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and timeline impacts, escalating issues in a timely and structured mannerPromoting disciplined delivery practices using project management, Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement principlesRequirementsWe are looking for people who are organized, proactive, and collaborative.
If this is you, get in touch.As a minimum you must have:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, or a related role, ideally in a manufacturing environmentIntermediate to advanced English proficiencyProficiency with PC and Microsoft Office, including project tracking toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skills for working across cross functional teamsAlthough not necessary, it would be nice if you have:Exposure to Agile or Lean methodologiesFamiliarity with manufacturing execution systems or shop floor digital toolsProject management certification in progress or completed (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)BenefitsWe offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well‐being programs.
