International automotive company is looking for his new Maintenance Manager. Your new company International automotive company based in Sonora. Location Hermosillo, Sonora. Your new role Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment to ensure maximum uptime. Lead and develop the maintenance team (technicians and contractors), assigning priorities, coaching performance, and enforcing discipline. Diagnose recurring equipment failures using root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts, external services, and cost-control initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture on the shop floor. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support new launches, process changes, and continuous improvement.



Maintain accurate maintenance KPIs and documentation (CMMS), reporting performance and driving improvements in MTBF/MTTR and reliability.

Requisitos

What you´ll need to be successful Engineering degree or similar technical background. Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager in automotive manufacturing, at least 5 years as manager. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to set priorities and drive accountability. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capability, applying root cause analysis to prevent repeat failures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, and Engineering.
