POSITION: Supply Operations Manager
Location: Remote (Latin America Preferred)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Compensation: 3500 - 4500 USD/month + Performance Bonus

Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Manage inbound supply chain operations from purchase order creation through inventory receipt.
* Develop and maintain inventory forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels.
* Coordinate with international suppliers to manage production schedules and order fulfillment.
* Monitor inventory performance and recommend replenishment strategies.
* Oversee purchase order execution, tracking, and documentation.




* Coordinate trade finance activities and support letters of credit and related financial processes.
* Analyze inventory trends, operational KPIs, and forecasting accuracy.
* Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and operational processes.
* Partner with finance and operations teams to support business planning and inventory management.
* Ensure timely communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and inventory risks.
