Maiden Erlegh Trust is seeking to appoint a Trust Personal Development Coordinator to support our Trust Educational Alignment project across our mainstream secondary schools. This is a temporary TLR3 role for one year in the first instance.

Key Responsibilities

The postholder will work with the Director for Secondary and the School Improvement Director: People Development to support the implementation of an inclusive, ambitious, compliant and aligned curriculum across Maiden Erlegh Trust. The successful candidate will coordinate the development and delivery of personal development curriculum plans and resources, working with identified subject representatives from each mainstream secondary school. They will support curriculum alignment across Maiden Erlegh Trust and contribute to the quality assurance of curriculum implementation through agreed plans and resources. The role will also involve supporting colleagues to maintain high standards in curriculum planning and ensuring work is delivered in agreed formats and within agreed timescales.

The adecuado candidate

We are looking for a qualified teacher with a strong understanding of curriculum design and an interest in curriculum development across the hub. Candidates should be able to apply high standards and expectations to curriculum planning, communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people, and work in an organised and methodical way. They should also be confident using IT systems, able to work flexibly as part of a team, and demonstrate initiative.
