We are looking for an experienced Quality Interim Manager to join our team in Mexico (Saltillo / Ramos Arizpe) for approximately 6 months. This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly understand the situation, bring structure where needed and work together with the local team to strengthen our quality performance. You will take the lead in the Quality area, support the team in solving current challenges and help us build improvements that last beyond the assignment. Who are we looking for? At least 5 years of management experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment Experience in interim management roles A strong, hands-on approach - you are comfortable moving from analysis to action Ability to quickly understand problems, set priorities and follow actions through Experience in improving quality performance is a strong advantage Independence and flexibility, combined with the ability to work closely with people across the organisation Fluent English Spanish is an advantage,



but not a requirement Availability to work on-site in Mexico for approximately 6 months What will you do? Lead and support the local Quality team in their day-to-day work Help stabilise and improve quality processes Identify the most important quality challenges and turn them into clear actions Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions Set priorities and make sure agreed actions move forward Work closely with Production and other functions to improve quality performance Support the team in developing sustainable ways of working and quality standards Share your experience and knowledge to strengthen the team for the future What do we offer?
