About our client:

This client is a professional property management team with certified community association managers who focus on keeping properties well-maintained, efficiently managed, and operating smoothly. They use modern technology and industry best practices to help communities of all sizes protect their investments, reduce risks, and maintain high standards.

As a Jr Assistant Community Association Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Keep community records, files, contracts, and meeting notes organized and up to date.
- Prepare and send emails, notices, newsletters, and other communications to homeowners and board members.
- Help prepare for board meetings, including agendas and materials, take meeting notes, and share them afterward.
- Respond to homeowner questions, concerns, and service requests, and involve the Community Manager when needed.
- Help process invoices, track payments, and keep up with homeowner dues and assessments.
- Assist with the community budget by tracking expenses, income, and other financial information.
- Create and follow up on maintenance work orders to help make sure repairs and requests are completed on time.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors and help coordinate services such as landscaping, repairs, and security.
- Assist with community projects, improvements, and other special tasks.




- Help monitor community rules and send violation notices when necessary.
- Help keep the community's legal and compliance documents organized and up to date.
- Provide backup support for the Community Manager and look for ways to make daily processes easier and more efficient.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Standard time: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Mexico City time

Daylight saving: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Mexico City time

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

Minimum requirements

- Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role (HOA or property management experience is a plus).
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal, with professional communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
