YOUR ROLE
The Junior Electronics Validation Engineer will support the technical analysis,
validation, and evaluation of alternative electronic components as part of the
organization's integral Multisource Strategy. This role involves assessing
component compatibility, supporting validation activities, analyzing technical
documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure component
alternatives meet quality, performance, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the technical assessment of alternative electronic components and
suppliers.
* Analyze electrical specifications, datasheets, application notes, and
technical documentation.
* Perform component comparison activities to evaluate compatibility with
existing designs.
* Assist in identifying technical impacts associated with component
substitutions.
* Execute validation and verification activities on electronic components under
the guidance of senior engineers.
* Support laboratory testing, functional testing, and electrical
characterization activities.
* Document test results, observations, and technical findings.
* Participate in root cause investigations related to component performance or
validation issues.
* Collaborate with Hardware, Systems, Quality teams during component
evaluations.
* Support engineering change activities related to component replacement
initiatives.
* Maintain technical documentation, validation reports, and component
evaluation records.
