What are we looking for?

We are seeking a hands- on technical leader to drive infrastructure and network security initiatives, lead a high- performing team, and accelerate AI- driven security automation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic execution, team development, and a strong focus on innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsabilities

- Lead the desing, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure and network security solutions, including micro-segmentation, PAM, vulnerability management, and secure access.
- Drive AI-powered automation by designing and deploying AI agents to streamline security operations, vulnerability triage, access reviews, and reporting.
- Manage and optimize security platforms such as Qualys, Axonious, PAM solutions, and Cisco Secure Access.
- Build and mentor a hig- performing team, promoting hands-on collaboration, technical growth, and automation-driven securityengineering.
- Lead strategic security initiatives, platform enhancements, and automation projects whike ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance vulnerability management and compliance processes.

Requiered qualifications





- 8+ years of experience in information security, network engineering, or infrastructure security.
- 3 + years of experience in technical leadership roles, combining hands-on engineering with team management.
- Strong expertise in network security, micro-segmentation, PAM, and infrastructure hardening.
- Hands- on experience with Qualys or equivalent vulnerability management platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven security automation solutions.
- Experience integrating security tools and automating cybersecurity workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience imwith Axonius, Cisco Secure Access, and privileged access management platforms.
- Knowledge of AI agents, security workflow automation, and cyber hygiene reporting.
- Experience leading strategic security initiatives and developing high- performing technical teams.
