This role requires strong knowledge of cross-border payroll processes, compliance, and systems, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll for U.S. and Mexico employees, ensuring accuracy and timelinessManage payroll using platforms such as Prism, Gusto, and OysterHREnsure compliance with all applicable U.S. and Mexican payroll laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirementsMaintain payroll records, audits, and reconciliationsCoordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure proper employee data, benefits,
