Ambassadors Team:We're looking for a hands-on operations leader to own and run our national on-field Ambassador operation.This is about execution, discipline, and performance at scale.
Challenges that await you:Own the end-to-end execution of the Ambassador operation nationwideEnsure compliance with KPIs: deliveries, punctuality, cancellations, field quality, and operational pilotsEnsure high-quality, compliant execution in the field, as Ambassadors are the face of the companyLead Regional Heads and drive strong execution discipline across all regionsExecute new operational models defined by Product (e.g. new flows, KYC steps, cross-sell initiatives) and ensure real adoption in the fieldDetect and act on bad practices, fraud risks, and operational deviations, with full ownership of prevention and resolutionIdentify performance gaps by city, region, or team and implement immediate corrective actionsEnsure consistency in execution, regardless of geography or scaleBuild and reinforce clear operational standards, communications, and accountability mechanismsWork closely with Product and Analytics to close the gap between design and real-world executionScale the operation while maintaining control, quality,
