- Configure Oracle ERP Source to Pay modules, including Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables, to meet business needs- Design and optimize Source to Pay processes using Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices- Analyze complex business processes to identify Oracle ERP enhancement opportunities- Lead implementation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for ERP projects- Develop and execute project plans to deliver Oracle ERP solutions on time and within budget- Provide technical consultation and support for Oracle CRM systems- Design and standardize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Manage systems project management tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation- Facilitate adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in Oracle ERP implementations- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support successful project outcomes- Conduct training sessions and develop materials to enhance user adoption and system utilization- Engage directly with clients and guide junior team members within complex engagementsRequirements- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experience- Oral and written proficiency in English required- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in relevant fields including Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering,
