You'll ensure HubSpot stays clean, follow-ups happen on time, contracts are tracked, and leads never fall through the cracks.If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing CRM operations with prospect outreach, this role is a strong fit.What You'll OwnSales Support & CoordinationSupport Account Managers with follow-ups, reminders, and daily sales tasksTrack contracts and sales documentationMaintain visibility across active deals and opportunitiesKeep sales workflows organized and moving forwardEnsure important follow-ups and deadlines are completedHubSpot CRM ManagementMaintain leads, contacts, deals, notes, and pipeline stages in HubSpotClean duplicate, incomplete, and outdated recordsKeep CRM data accurate and organizedSupport reliable pipeline reporting through strong CRM hygieneSocial Outreach & Lead GenerationConduct professional outreach through LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant channelsSupport social selling and marketing-led outreach campaignsEngage prospects and route qualified opportunities to the sales teamMaintain consistent outreach and follow-up activitySales & Marketing CollaborationSend prospect follow-up emails and messagesCoordinate inbound lead handoffsWork closely with Account Managers, Sales, and MarketingEnsure outreach, pipeline activity, and follow-ups remain alignedWhat We're Looking For1–2+ years of sales support,
