Ensure propercommunication and information flow within the team and all project stakeholders.Core responsibilitiesProject central interface with customer (internal and/or external) to ensure alignment and achievement of customer project milestones.The assigned project is developed by following the internal PLC (Product Life Cycle) structure and including all disciplines coordination.Establishing, preparing and tracking the schedule for implementation.Define correctivemeasures if deviating from the project schedule.Responsible for project budget and project resources control based on approved projectstructure.Accountable for the successful execution of all tasks necessary to achieve agreedfunctional, quality,



timing and financial objectives.Hold regular team/customer meetings to ensure proper task alignment and customerexpectations being met.Manage escalation of tasks within the cross-functional team as needed with RnDManagement Team.Report the project status during the various needed situation (Management meetings,Project reviews).
Enter proper data into project management tools and tracking systems (ePSR, Integral PS,Planisware).
Perform the change management.Ensure interfaces between product development and manufacturing teams in the regionare aligned.Coordinate with production plant to ensure all industrialization/start up milestones aremet according to project schedule.Help to build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project.With the support of quality, drive resolution of 0KM & common field related warrantyissues.Additional project management support tasks as workload permit.QualificationsBachelor's degree in administration, engineering and/or related disciplineAdvanced EnglishExperience:5 + years of project management experience in a manufacturing or product development environmentProduct Life Cycle (PLC) methodologiesIn manufacturing or industrialization processesIn project financial management and budget controlCross-functional team leadership and stakeholder managementWorking with multi-disciplinary environmentsManaging warranty and field-related quality issuesNegotiation with stakeholdersKnowledge:Process management (advanced)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentAdditional InformationAt AUMOVIO we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
