and market analysisIntegrate supplier and industry innovation into sourcing strategies to drive competitive advantageTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop a high‐performing NPD Supply team through clear role definition, coaching, and empowermentFoster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growthYOU HAVE:Bachelor's degree in business or Supply Chain Management or a related field.8+ years of experience in a relatively large supply chain organization required.Strong communication in EnglishPassion for leading and developing people.Experience directly managing complex categories.Strong negotiation skills including experience negotiating multi‐million dollar contracts.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work comfortably in ambiguity.Ability to travel a minimum of 10%.
