Job Summary: To ensure that all nonproduction items are procured as needed.

Required Education and Experience.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–7 years of procurement experience, ideally in indirect categories
- Experience in multi‑site or regional procurement preferred
- Other relevant experience as deemed appropriate by the Company may be substituted for the requirements set out above.

Essential Functions:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories across the region.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities and supplier innovations.
- Lead RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding processes.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and long‑term agreements with suppliers.




- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, and service
- Resolve supplier issues and escalate risks when necessary. o Support supplier consolidation and standardization initiatives.
- Ensure procurement strategies align with regional and global objectives.
- Support internal stakeholders with purchasing guidance and compliance. o Support urgent plant requirements, unplanned downtime events, and critical maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Support digital procurement tools and process automation
- Contract & Risk Management o Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts.
- Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
