customer intelligence inc. is looking for a junior implementation specialist to join our team in cdmx, mexico (hybrid), supporting key clients in the financial industry for mastercard.

position details:

→ hybrid work model (on-site at mastercard)

→ independent contractor scheme (professional services agreement)

→ start date: october/november

→ initial contract duration: 12 months, with high probability of renewal

what you'll do:

→ lead end-to-end implementation projects for electronic payment processing

→ conduct system impact analysis and customer needs assessments

→ oversee customer testing and ensure quality of integrations

→ advise clients' technical teams and ensure product compliance

→ collaborate with senior and executive stakeholders across the region

what we're looking for:





→ 3–5 years of experience in project management or technical implementation

→ knowledge of payment processing systems, apis (java / open languages), and network services

→ strong communication skills in english and spanish (bilingual)

→ experience in it systems, development methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership
