The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, high-quality code to train and optimize ai models. You will conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
key responsibilities:

- evaluate and rank ai model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
- develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing excellent reasoning and technical expertise.
- lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning, including creating and maintaining high-quality, task-specific datasets.
required skills & qualifications:
- proficiency in javascript and typescript for full-stack development.
- experience with node.js for backend development.
- familiarity with nest.js as a progressive node.js framework.
- knowledge of front-end frameworks such as react, vue.js, or angular.
- ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
