job description:

key responsibilities:

- design development: create detailed cad drawings of delivery station layouts, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure, based on current standards and future design initiatives.
- collaboration: work closely with design engineers, fellow cad drafters, world wide engineering (wwe), pre-construction, construction, external architects, mhe vendors, and launch execution teams to deliver complete and approved design sets.
- stakeholder engagement: review and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans to address design-related inquiries.
- quality assurance: support the design quality control process by participating in peer reviews, following design checklists and standards, and incorporating feedback from design engineers to ensure zero-defect outputs.
- project execution: deliver new designs,



post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofits that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and capacity at delivery stations.
- process improvement: implement new design templates, safety protocols, and process improvements into standard design practices.

qualifications:

experience:

- 1-3 years of revit experience
- 1-3 years of project coordination experience
- 1-3 years of experience in facility layout, manufacturing design, commercial, industrial, or structural drafting
- autocad experience a bonus

technical skills:

- proficient in revit or autocad architecture within a design, civil, construction, or architectural environment
- intermediate proficiency in ms excel, ms word, and bluebeam
