key responsibilities:
- develop and execute strategic project plans for medical technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to deliver solutions.
- identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

required skills & qualifications:
- must hold an md or equivalent medical degree with 5+ years of clinical or medical technology experience.
- proven track record leading strategic projects in healthcare, biotechnology, or related fields.
- strong understanding of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
- ability to translate complex medical concepts into business requirements for technical teams.
- experience with project management methodologies (agile, waterfall) in a healthcare context.
