fortune fashions baja / mad engine integral is looking for an experienced plant manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.
what you'll do:
lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations
partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges
we're looking for:
- 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
- leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
- high-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred
- strong production & capacity planning and kpi management expertise
- lean manufacturing / six sigma experience preferred
- english/spanish bilingual skills required
relocation requirement: this position is 100% on-site in ensenada, mexico. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to ensenada for this opportunity.
