as we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, sales-oriented customer service representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results.

drive enrollment growth

- conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

lead generation & pipeline management

- proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
- build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- track all interactions accurately using crm systems

customer relationship building

- build strong rapport with parents and guardians
- understand customer needs and recommend best‑fit programs
- deliver a high‑energy, positive, and professional experience

sales execution

- confidently present program offerings and value propositions
- overcome objections and close enrollments
- consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

bilingual customer support





- communicate fluently in both english and spanish
- ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

cross-team collaboration

- work closely with operations and program teams
- share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings

requirements

- proven sales experience

- background in inside sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition
- demonstrated ability to close deals and hit targets

- pipeline & crm discipline

- experience managing leads and tracking activity in crm systems
- organized and consistent in follow-ups

- strong communication skills

- confident, clear, and engaging communicator
- excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and youth

- bilingual (english & spanish)

- required to effectively support our diverse community

- able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
