windchill plm business analyst – hybrid in guadalajara, mexico

we are seeking an experienced windchill plm business analyst with 7+ years of experience to join a long-term enterprise project. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, optimizing plm processes, and aligning windchill capabilities with business needs across engineering and manufacturing environments.

key responsibilities

- gather, analyze, and document business requirements for windchill plm solutions.
- conduct workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- map business processes to windchill out-of-the-box (ootb) capabilities, minimizing customization.
- configure workflows, lifecycles, and support integrations with cad and erp systems.
- support bom management and change management processes.
- collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper solution implementation.
- develop test plans, execute user acceptance testing (uat), and validate system functionality.
- document business processes and ensure alignment with plm best practices.

technical skills required





- 7+ years of experience in windchill plm (implementation, configuration, optimization)
- strong experience with windchill modules (pdmlink, mpmlink, workflow, oir, infoengine)
- experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping
- experience with bom management and change management
- strong documentation skills (user stories, functional specifications)
- experience in uat planning and execution
- experience with cad and erp integrations

qualifications

- bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, it, or related field
- advanced english
- strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

location & schedule

- location: guadalajara, jalisco (hybrid)
- schedule: monday to friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
