We are looking for a Middle School Math Teacher who will also lead our High School Admission Exam Preparation program for 9th grade. This is a key role: our students' results on their high school entrance exams depend directly on it.

Instruction is 100% in English.

Responsibilities

- Teach Math to Middle School students (8th–9th grade), in English.
- Lead the High School Prep block for 9th grade: design and deliver a structured preparation program for high school admission exams.
- Run diagnostic assessments, track each student's progress and adjust instruction based on data.
- Serve as Homeroom Teacher, supporting students' academic and socioemotional development.
- Plan lessons aligned to the school's curriculum and scope and sequence.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with families about student progress.
- Collaborate with the Middle School Academic Coordinator and the rest of the MS team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience preparing students for high school admission exams in Mexico (Tec de Monterrey, UDEM in spanish). Please describe this experience specifically in your application.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Math at the middle school or high school level.




- Full professional English proficiency (C1 or higher), spoken and written.
- Strong command of middle school math content: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics and logical reasoning.
- Ability to use assessment data to guide instruction.
- Experience working in a bilingual or international school.
- Current or recent work as an admission exam tutor, in a test-prep academy or in private tutoring.
