?? What You'll Do
- Implement and support back-end systems and applications.
- Lead small to mid-sized technology projects as a technical lead and/or project manager.
- Participate in critical initiatives across multiple business and technology teams.
- Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop knowledge-sharing practices and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide escalation support and back up Help Desk and local support teams.
- Manage technology assets, patching, and provisioning activities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the team's technical growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Mobile Application Development, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with LAN/WAN networking.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, including Sites & Services, Trusts, Replication, DFS, and core AD functions.
- Experience installing, managing, and supporting enterprise back-end applications within distributed environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, NTFS permissions, and Windows Server configuration and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
