Position Summary

· The Category Management Manager is responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. This role analyzes market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and financial performance to optimize product assortment, pricing, promotion, and customer partnerships. The Category Manager works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Category Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement category strategies aligned with company growth objectives; identify opportunities to expand market share, increase revenue, and improve profitability; build periodical category plans and conduct category reviews.

· Market & Customer Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, industry developments, and competitive activity; monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights.

· Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing,



and Finance to execute category strategies.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, or related commercial functions.

· Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI capabilities.

· Experience with ERP, CRM, financial modeling, and forecasting.
