Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly meticulous BIM Modeler / Revit Drafter specializing in Scan-to-BIM. The primary objective of this role is to transform 3D laser scan data (Point Clouds) into highly accurate, data-rich BIM models within Autodesk Revit. The adecuado candidate will have a deep understanding of construction tolerances, as-built modeling methodologies, and the ability to accurately interpret complex scan data for architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines.A VOICENOTE IN ENGLISH AND A PORTFOLIO WILL BE REQUESTED FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS.Job RequirementsTechnical RequirementsEducation: Degree or Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM production workflows.Required Software Proficiency:Autodesk Revit (Advanced: modeling, phasing, worksharing, and family creation).
